摘要
针对临床专业特点,结合培养高素质创新性医学人才知识、能力、素质的协调发展为目标,深入开展基础医学实验课程教学内容、教学方法、教学方式、教材建设、实验教学平台建设、评价制度等诸多要素的改革和实践,构建"递进式、系统化、创新型"、既相对独立又相互连接的创新型基础医学实验教学体系并加以实施,建立了以认知、验证、创新设计、综合训练的基础医学实验教学模式的人才培养体系。该体系极大地激发了学生自主学习的积极性,在巩固和拓展理论课学习内容的基础上,培养了学生的科研素质、创新精神和动手能力。
In accordance with the features of a speciality in clinical medicine and in order to promote the coordinated de-velopment of knowledge, abilities, and qualities indicative of quality, creative medical personnel, a Henan Province project to reform teaching practices in higher education has made extensive efforts to revise and implement essential elementsof a lab course in basic medicine, including the course curriculum, methods of instruction, modes of instruction, instructional materials, a platform for the course, and a system for evaluation of student performance. A progressive, systematic, and innovative system for a lab course in basic medicine has been devised and implemented. The course components are relatively independent but are still connected to one another. A system to train personnel to teach the course has been created to provide knowledge, validation, innovative course design, and comprehensive training. This system greatly stimulates students" motivation to learn independently and it fosters the ability to conduct scientific research, an innovative mindset, and practical ability by consolidating and expanding on what students learned in theoretical courses.
