摘要
与游离微生物相比,包埋固定后的微生物不仅克服了生物量小、处理效率低、分离困难等缺点,而且菌种密度高、处理效果好、有利于保持优势菌种、同时还能增强处理系统的抗干扰能力和稳定性,所以微生物包埋法在废水处理中受到越来越多的关注。文章综述了微生物包埋法的原理、应用、存在的问题及其发展前景。
Compared to physical and chemical treatment methods, application of microbiology techniques in wastewater treatment is cost-effective and environment-friendly. Compared to free swimming cells, the immobilized microorganisms provide great promise for engineering application, not only because of its high density of biomass, especially the dominant species, and hence the efficiency, but also owing to its good system stability and high rate of solid-liquid separation. The paper introduced the principal of microorganism immobilization techniques. The affecting factors of its application in wastewater treatment are also discussed and an outlook for future research is proposed.
