摘要
本文测定了用于固定化载体的几种马尾藻和海带褐藻胶(Na-Alginate)同Ca^2+离子的结合速度、结合量和凝胶强度。同时比较了褐藻酸钠的浓度、粘度对褐藻酸钙凝胶强度的影响及其相互之间的关系。
The combination speed, combination capacity and gelling strength of several Sargassos and Na-Alginate with Ca2+ ions are measured. The effect and interrelationship of concentration, viscosity of Na-Alginate upon' gelling strength of Ca-Alginate are compared.
