摘要
外宣翻译是争夺国际话语权的重要手段,将汉语文本信息通过语言转换达到有效传播是外宣翻译的终极目标,它是一种跨文化的信息转播。要做好外宣翻译工作应厘清汉英文化的差异,采用正确的翻译策略,掌握并顺应外宣翻译的特点:严肃性、准确性、平和性、简明性等,同时遵循"外宣三贴近"的原则:贴近中国发展的实际;贴近国外受众对中国信息的需求;贴近国外受众的思维习惯。
