摘要
目的研究苏合香包合物的药理作用。方法观察苏合香包合物对乙醇及亚硝酸钠致小鼠记忆障碍模型的影响;采用注射冰醋酸制造小鼠疼痛模型,观察苏合香包合物的镇痛作用;观察苏合香包合物对戊巴比妥钠致小鼠睡眠的影响作用。结果苏合香包合物能显著降低乙醇及亚硝酸钠致小鼠记忆障碍平均潜伏期;对化学刺激引起的疼痛有一定的镇痛作用;能显著延长戊巴比妥钠所致小鼠的睡眠潜伏期和缩短睡眠持续时间。结论苏合香包合物具有一定的改善小鼠记忆障碍、镇痛、催醒作用。
Objective To study the pharmacological effects of Suhexiang clathrate compound （Styrax） . Methods The effect of Suhexiang clathrate compound on the model mice with dysmnesia caused by ethanol and sodium nitrite were observed; the analgesic effect on pain in model mice caused by injection of acetic acidwere observed; the effect on sleep in mice caused by Pelhobarbitalum natricum were observed. Results Suhexiang clathrate compound could significantly reduce the latent period of dysmnesie mice caused by ethanol and sodium nitrite; it could make some analgesic effect on pain caused by chemical stimulation; it could also significantly prolong the sleeping latent period of mice caused by Pelltobarbitalum natricum and shorten the duration of sleep. Conclusion Suhexiang clathrate compound has a certain action on improving dysmnesia, and can produce the analgesic and analeptic effect in mice.
