摘要
目的分析苏合香挥发油的化学成分。方法采用超临界CO2法提取苏合香挥发油,并通过气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用技术,分析鉴定其中的化学成分。结果通过计算机检索,鉴定了其中的73个化合物,占挥发油色谱峰总面积的87%。主要成分为苄基肉桂酸(2.53%)、苯甲酸苄酯(29.87%)、乙酸苄酯(1.71%)、乙酰苯丙酯(1.83%)、石竹烯(2.42%)、肉桂酸异丁酯(3.05%)、绿叶烯(1.81%)、去氢自莒烯(1.04%)、硬尾醇氧化物(1.71%)、17-氧白羽扇豆碱(2.80%)、脱氢-4-上松香醇(5.20%)、2-葵基十六烷基脱氢-[2,1-a]茚(3.06%)等。检出成分占挥发油总量的71%。结论所用方法为苏合香的合理利用提供了科学依据。
OBJECTIVE To analyze the chemical constituents of volatile oil from the root of Liqtddambar orientalis Mill. METHODS The volatile oil from roots of Liquidambar orientalis Mill was extracted by SFE (suporcritical fluid extraction) CO2,and analyzed by gas chromatography - mass spectrometry(GC - MS). RESULTS 73 compoands were identified, which represented 87% of the total GC peak area of the volatile oil. The main components were benzyl cinnamate( 2.53% ), benzoic acid, benzyl ester( 29.87 % ), benzyl acetate( 1.71% ), benzenepropyl acetate( 1.83 % ), carryophyllene (2.42%), isobutyl cinnamate( 3.05 % ), patchoulene ( 1.81% ), calamenene ( 1.04% ), selareoloxide ( 1.71% ), lupanine, 17 - oxo- (2.80%),4- Epiabietol, dehydro - (5.20%) and 2- deeylhexadeeahydro- Indeno[ 2,1 - a] indene( 3.06% ). CONCLU- SION The presenl studv nrovides scienlific bases; for the Liquidambar orientalis Mill exnloitation in reason.
