摘要
免疫因素是导致复发性自然流产的重要原因。在妊娠胚胎发育过程中,母胎界面多种免疫细胞或细胞因子平衡关系被破坏,导致流产的反复发生。抗凝、免疫抑制、主动及被动免疫是主要治疗方法,近年来有学者采用中西医结合及心理疗法,取得一定疗效。
Immune factors are the important causes of recurrent spontaneous abortion. In the embryonic development of pregnancy, the damaged balance between various immune cells and cytokine in the activity of maternal-fetal interfaces, may be associated with occurrence of the recurrent abortions. Some treatments, such as anticoagulation, immune suppression, active and passive immunization were commonly used in the past, but in recent years, some scholars have made some progress in treating recurrent miscarriage of immunological origin by combining TCM with western medicine, and psychotherapy as well.
