摘要
目的探讨异位妊娠患者行期待疗法的疗效。方法对68例异位妊娠患者予以临床期待疗法治疗。结果68例患者中56例自愈，自愈率为82．4％，血绒毛膜促性腺激素（HCG）恢复正常平均时间18d，盆腔包块消失时间2～6周。结论对于血HCG〈200U／L的异位妊娠患者进行期待疗法是安全可靠的，节约了社会医疗资源，减少了患者的经济负担，同时无创伤、操作简单，并且减少反复发生异位妊娠的机会，提高远期生育率，不增加输卵管的损伤，值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate efficacy of ectopic pregnancy of the patients look forward to therapy. Methods Sixty-eight cases of ectopic pregnancy in our hospital look forward to therapy. Resuits Sixty-eight patients, 56 cases of self-healing, self-healing rate was 82.4% （56/68）, serum HCG returned to normal average time were 18 days, pelvic mass disappeared time were 6 weeks. Conclusions The blood of HCG 〈200 U/L, patients with ectopic pregnancy look forward to therapy is safe and reliable, saving the community health care resources, and reduce the economic burden of patients, while noninvasive, simple to operate, and reduce recurrent ectopic pregnancy opportunity to improve long-term fertility rate does not increase the damage of the fallopian tube, is worthy of clinical.
