摘要
袁惠霞教授积累20余年经验总结出诊治免疫性复发性自然流产有效辨治思路与方法。她认为反复自然流产是脾肾亏虚兼有血瘀。主张"预防为主、防治结合"的原则。因而重视孕前调理宜补肾健脾,益气养血,孕后调固冲任为主;自拟补肾抑抗汤防治该病取得良好的临床效果。
Prof. Yuan Huixia summarized effective ways and methods in the treatment of immunological recurrent miscarriage based on her over 20 years＇experience. She believed that recurrent miscarriage was caused by spleen and kid- ney deficiency and blood stasis. She proposed the principle ＂ prevention comes first while stressing both prevention and treatment＂. Therefore, reinforcing the kidney and invigorating the spleen, and supplementing qi and nourishing blood should be emphasized before pregnancy, while regulating and supplementing Chong - ren meridian is critical during pregnancy. Self - made Bu Shen Yi Kang decoction has a favorable clinical effect in the prevention and treatment of the disease.
