摘要
目的：探讨健康教育路径在手足口病患儿优质护理中的应用。方法采用回顾性方法，选取2012年10月～2013年8月以来我院收治的182例手足口病患儿的临床资料，将182例患儿随机分成观察组和对照组，每组91例，给予对照组患儿常规健康教育进行护理，观察组患儿给予健康教育临床护理路径，观察两组患儿和家属对手足口病知识的了解情况、健康教育达标率、遵医行为、护理满意度。结果经过一段时间的护理，观察组在健康教育达标率、疾病了解情况、遵医行为、护理满意度等方面明显优于对照组（P ＜0.05）,差异有统计学意义；观察组住院天数和住院费用均明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（t=6.870，6.660，P ＜0.05）。结论健康教育路径在 HFMD 患儿优质护理中具有良好的护理效果，不仅能有效规范护理行为，提高护理依从性，而且简化了繁琐的护理文书书写，促进了护患沟通，提高护理满意度。
Objective To study the health education path in children with foot and mouth disease （HFMD） the application of the high quality Nursing care. Methods A retrospective method,according to the convenient method selection in October 2012 to August 2013 in our hospital since of the clinical data of 182 cases of children with hand,foot and mouth disease,182 cases randomly divided into observation group and control group,91 cases in each group,giving the control group with routine health education for nursing,observation group with given health education and clinical nursing path,observing two groups of children and families for hand, foot and mouth disease knowledge,know the situation of health education success rate,the medical behavior, satisfaction with care. Results After a period of nursing,the observation group in the health education success rate,disease information,according to the medical behavior,nursing satisfaction is better than that in control group（P 〈 0.05）,the difference was statistically significant.Hospitalization days and hospitalization expenses of observation group were significantly lower than the control group,With statistical difference from the control group（t=6.870,6.660,P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Health education path in children with HFMD has good high quality nursing care effect,not only can effectively regulate the behavior of care,improve treatment compliance,and simplifies the tedious nursing documents writing,facilitate communication between the nurse,improve nursing satisfaction.
