摘要
目的 观察选择性激光小梁成形术（SLT）治疗硅油填充继发青光眼的临床疗效.方法 前瞻性病例对照研究.对2011年6月至2013年4月在沈阳爱尔眼视光医院就诊的因硅油填充继发开角型青光眼患者43例（43只眼）,按入组时间先后顺序随机分为：SLT治疗组21例（21只眼）,单纯药物治疗组22例（22只眼）,并分别记录治疗后1d、1周、2周、1个月、2个月、3个月的眼压变化情况.结果 治疗后1周,SLT治疗组眼压下降（11.52±2.23） mmHg,对照组下降（7.58±3.35） mmHg,两组比较差异有统计学意义P ＜0.05（t=4.19,P=0.036）;治疗后2周,SLT治疗组眼压下降（11.29±2.69） mmHg,对照组下降（9.54±3.53） mmHg,两组比较差异无统计学意义P＞0.05（t=1.69,P=0.094）;治疗后1个月,SLT治疗组眼压下降（10.45±2.53） mmHg,对照组下降（8.84±4.30） mmHg,两组比较差异有统计学意义P ＜0.05（t=1.38,P=0.019）;治疗后2个月,SLT治疗组眼压下降（11.93±2.71）mmHg,对照组下降（8.74±3.86） mmHg,两组比较差异有统计学意义P＜0.05（t=2.89,P=0.035）;治疗后3个月,SLT治疗组眼压下降（13.79±2.65） mmHg,对照组下降（6.12±4.41）mmHg,两组比较差异有统计学意义P＜0.05（t=6.32,P=0.009）.眼压控制达标率两组术后3个月比较差异有统计学意义（t =7.075,P=0.008,P＜0.05）.结论 选择性激光小梁成形术治疗硅油填充继发青光眼效果确切.
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of selective laser trabeculoplasty as treatments of secondary galucoma after intravitreal silicone oil injection.Methods This prospective case control study included 43 cases （43 eyes） of silicone oil glaucoma patients in our hospital from June 2011 to April 2013 were enrolled in this study.All subjects were randomly divided into two groups：the SLT treatment group of 21 cases （21 eyes）,drug treatment group of 22 cases （22 eyes）,IOP changes were recorded after treatment for 1 day,1 week,3weeks,1 month,2 months,and 3 months.Results IOP in SLT treatment group decreased by （11.52±2.23）mmHg,which in control group decreased by （7.58±3.35）mmHg after 1 week,and there was significant difference between two groups （t =4.19,P =0.036）; The IOP in SLT treatment group decreased by （11.29±2.69）mmHg,which in control group decreased by （9.54±3.53） mmHg after 2 weeks,and there was no difference between two groups （t =1.69,P =0.094）; The IOP in SLT treatment group decreased by （10.45±2.53） mmHg,which in control group decreased by （8.84±4.30）mmHg after 1 month,and there was significant difference between two groups （t =1.38,P =0.019）; The IOP in SLT treatment group decreased by （11.93±2.71） mmHg,which in control group decreased by （8.74±3.86）mmHg after 2 months,and there was significant difference between two groups （t =4.19,P =0.036）; The IOP in SLT treatment group decreased by （13.79±2.65）mmHg,which in control group decreased by （6.12±4.41）mmHg after 3 months,and there was significant difference between two groups （t =6.32,P =0.009）.Conclusions Selective laser trabeculoplasty is efficient as treatment of secondary galucoma after intravitreal silicone oil injection.
