摘要
目的：探析防粘连膜在重度宫腔粘连综合治疗中的应用效果及价值。方法以我院2011年4月～2013年8月期间所收治94例宫腔粘连患者作为研究对象，分为研究组和对照组，对照组应用宫腔粘连综合治疗，研究组在对照组基础上应用可吸收防粘连膜。比较两组治疗前后子宫内膜厚度的变化情况及治疗总有效率。结果研究组治疗有效率为97.9%（47/48），对照组为65.2%（30/46），研究组显著高于对照组，对比差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。研究组治疗前，子宫内膜厚度为（3.5±0.6）mm，与对照组比较差异无统计学意义（P ＞0.05），治疗后增厚到（7.4±1.3）mm，与对照组相比明显更厚，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论在重度宫腔粘连患者综合治疗中使用防粘连膜可形成屏障对子宫前后壁进行阻隔，避免再次粘连情况的出现，有利于子宫内膜创面的愈合，具有较高临床价值。
Objective To explore the application effect and value of anti adhesion membrane in comprehensive treatment of severe intrauterine adhesions. Methods 94 patients with intrauterine adhesions treated in our hospital from April 2011 to August 2013 were selected as the research object and divided into study group and control group. The patients in the control group were treated with the comprehensive treatment of intrauterine adhesions while the patients in the study group received the treatment of absorbable membrane based on the treatment of the control group.The changes of the treatment of endometrial thickness and the total efficiency in the two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results The effective rate of the treatment in the study group was 97.9%（47/48）and the effective rate of the treatment in the control group was 65.2%（30/46）.The efficiency of treatment in the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group and the contrast difference was significant（P 〈 0.05）.Before the treatment,endometrial thickness of the patients in the study group was（3.5±0.6）mm,and there was no significant difference（P 〉 0.05）,compared with control group,but after the treatment,endometrial thickness of the patients in the study group increased to（7.4±1.3）mm,which was significant thinker（P 〈 0.05）,compared with the control group and the difference was significant. Conclusion The use of anti adhesion membrane can form a barrier of barrier on the anterior and posterior uterine wall in comprehensive treatment of the patients with severe intrauterine adhesions,avoid adhesion again and is good for endometrial wound healing,which has high clinical value.
