摘要
目的：建立高效液相色谱（HPLC）法测定复方芩兰口服液中连翘苷含量的方法。方法：采用YMC-Pack ODS-A5μm（4.6×150mm）色谱柱,以乙腈-水（25：75）为流动相,流速为1.0ml/min,检测波长为278nm,柱温为30℃。结果：连翘苷在0.1205~1.205μg范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系（r=1.0000,n=7）,平均回收率为97.92%,RSD为2.36%（n=6）。结论：本方法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于复方芩兰口服液中连翘苷的测定。
Objective： To establish a HPLC method for measurement of determination of forsythin in Fufang Qinlan Oral Solution. Methods： YMC-Pack ODS-A Column 5μm（4.6×150mm） was adopted, and mixtures of acetonitrile and water （25：75） were used as the mobile phase, and test was done at a flow rate of 1.0ml/min, with detection wavelength of 278 nm and the column temperature of 30℃. Results： A good linearity was obtained for the forsythin at the range of 0.1205 -1.205 μg （r=-1.0000, n=7）. Following results were got from the test ： recovery rate =97.92%, RSD=2.36% （n=6）. Conclusion：This is an excellent method to measure the forsythin in Fufang Qinlan Oral Solution as its simplicity, accuracy and reproductivity.
