摘要
对外商直接投资是否以及如何影响了内资企业的生产率,现有的研究尚无统一定论。本文运用中国高技术产业行业层面数据检验了外商直接投资对内资企业生产率的影响,结果显示:外资促进了内资企业的生产率增长。进一步研究发现,外商直接投资较少的行业,内资企业研发资本投入的增加导致生产率的增长越快;外商直接投资较多的行业,内资企业增加研发人力投入会加快生产率的增长越快。
The existing research has not come to a consensus as to whether FDI influences the productivity of domestic firms. This paper empirically studies the effects of FDI on the productivity of domestic firms by using China＇ s high -tech industry data. The results show that FDI brings positive effects to the pro- ductivity growth of domestic firms. Furthermore, for industries with less FDI, their productivity will be promoted faster by increasing R＆D capital investment. On the other hand, for industries with more FDI, their productivity will be pro- moted faster by increasing R＆D human capital investment.
