摘要
目的观察菌克软膏的体外抗菌活性。方法采用琼脂扩散法进行药敏试验,测定菌克软膏对4种6株标准致病细菌、9种23株标准致病真菌的抑菌圈直径,并与林可霉素软膏和硝酸咪康唑软膏进行对比。结果菌克软膏对4种常见细菌都形成抑菌圈,且对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和枯草杆菌的抑菌圈直径均大于林可霉素软膏(P<0.01),对铜绿假单胞菌的抑菌圈直径与林可霉素软膏组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。菌克软膏对9种常见真菌都形成抑菌圈,且对各种皮肤癣菌、念珠菌、裴氏着色真菌和糠秕马拉色菌的抑菌圈直径与硝酸咪康唑软膏组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论菌克软膏体外抗细菌活性强于林可霉素软膏,抗真菌活性强度与硝酸咪康唑软膏相同。
Objective To observe the antimicrobial activity of Junke cream in vitr0. Methods The drug susceptibility w as detected by agar diffusion method. The inhibition zone diameters of Junke cream against 6 isolates of pathogenic bacteria from 4 species,and 23 isolates of pathogenic fungi from 9 species w ere determined,and the diameters of Junke cream w ere compared w ith those of lincomycin cream and miconazole nitrate cream. Results The inhibition zones of Junke cream against common pathogenic bacteria from 4 species w ere observed. The inhibition zones diameters of Junke cream against staphylococcus aureus,escherichia coli. and bacillus subtilis w ere both larger than thoseof lincomycin cream( P〈0. 01),w hile no significant difference w as found in the diameters of the creams against pseudomonas aeruginosa( P〈0. 05). The inhibition zones of Junke cream against common pathogenic fungi from 9species w ere observed. There w as no significant difference in the inhibition zones diameters of Junke cream and miconazole nitrate cream against the dermatophyte,candida spp,fonsecaea pedrosoi and malassezia furfur( P〈0. 05). Conclusion The antibacterial activity of Junke cream w as greater than lincomycin cream,and the antifungi activity w as similar as miconazole nitrate cream in vitr0.
