摘要 真菌作为一种广泛存在的病害,给人们的生产和生活带来了极大的危害。近几十年来,随着生物医学的发展,新的抗真菌的药物不断涌现,对抗真菌物质的作用机理的研究也日益加深。糖类物质,作为一种能量和信息的单元,具有很好的抑菌活性。本文主要就抗真菌药物、抗真菌方法在医学和植物真菌学领域的作用机理及应用以及糖类物质的抗真菌活性进行了综述。 As one of the broadly existent diseases, fungus brings people great harm to their production and life. In recent decades, with the development of biomedicine, new antifungal agents are continuously emerging and the research towards their mechanism of function is deepening day by day. Saccharide as a substance of energy and information has strong antifungal bioaetivity. The mechanism of function and application of antifungal drugs and antifungal means in the medical and mycological realms as well as the role of saccharide in the antifungal process are described in this paper.
