摘要
中国共产党第十八届四中全会提出全面推进依法治国,建设社会主义法治国家的战略任务,中国社会将很快进入社会主义法治新常态。本文研究了法治理念的含义、法治理念培育的目标和重要意义,分析法治理念培育与思想政治教育的内在相关性。并基于财经高校的特点,阐明了在法治理念培育过程中所需要注意的几个关键问题以及财经高校法治理念培育的具体途径和措施。
The fourth plenary session of the 18 th Communist Party of China（ CPC） Central Committee announces the general strategic mission of building a country under ＂ the socialist rule of law＂. China will soon enter the ＂ new normal＂ phase of the socialist legal system. This paper studies the meaning of legal ideology,the goal and the significance of the legal ideology cultivation and also analyzes the inherent correlation between legal ideology cultivation and the ideological and political education. Based on the characteristic of universities of finance and economics,the paper expounds several key questions that lie in the process of Legal ideology cultivation and specific ways and measures using in the Legal ideology cultivation of universities of finance and economics.
