摘要
形成法治思维,是大学生综合素质提高的重要表现。大学生法治思维应是一种合法性思维,体现公平正义的思维,它要求以权利义务为中心,强调要有程序意识。为培养高校大学生法治思维,针对高校在法治教育中存在的认识上的主要问题,应重视与加强大学生法律知识的普及和教育,不断增强大学生的社会主义法治理念;加强校园法治环境建设,营造高校法治学习氛围;还需要政府、社会和家庭等更多方面的共同努力。
The establishment of thinking of rule of law, is an important reflection of improving college students＇ comprehensive qualities. College students＇ thinking of rule of law should be a kind of legal thinking, and should reflect the thinking of fairness and justice, It should center on rights and obligations, and emphasize the consciousness of procedure. In order to cultivate college students＇ thingking of rule of law and to solve the existing recognition problem in the process of rule of law education, colleges and universities should pay attention to students＇ education and popularization of legal know｜edge, enhancing college students＇ socialist concept of rule of law; colleges and universities should strengthen the construction of campus legal environment, and create a better atmosphere for law learning; moreover, it requires that the government, the society, the family, and more other forces work together.
