摘要
高校法治教育环境分为社会环境、家庭环境和学校环境,各个环境构成一个系统。当前我国高校法治教育环境面临着挑战,通过问卷调查发现了一些问题,分析问题产生的原因,提出我国高校法治教育环境优化的途径:树立法治思想;加强党风建设;发挥政府的主导作用和宏观调控作用;全面完善法治教育工作,营造法治教育环境;建立激励机制,充分调动社会、学校和学生优化法治教育环境。
University legal system education environment can be classified into social environment,family environment and university environment,each of which constitutes a system.The current university legal system education environment in our country is facing some challenges.The author,by means of questionnaire survey,investigates some problems,analyzes the reasons for them and provides some measures to solve these problems,which includes adopting the idea of legal system,strengthening the construction of the working style of the Party,playing the leading and macro-control role of the government,improving the education work to the full and creating the education environment,establishing incentive system and fully mobilizing the society,university and students to optimize the legal system education environment.
