摘要
随着我国经济快速发展,物流产业在国民经济中发挥着越来越重要的作用,而物流园区通过整合物流资源、发挥规模效应又促进了物流产业快速发展。目前,我国物流园区建设存在物流园区界定不清晰、目标定位不明确、管理体制不顺等问题,针对这些问题,本文从政府和园区两个层面提出发展物流园区的对策和建议。
Logistics industry is increasingly playing an important role in the national economy along with the rapid economic development in China. Logistics parks accelerate the development of logistics industry by means of the integration of logistics resources as well as playing a scale effect. At present, some problems are existing in the construction of logistic sparks in China, including unclear definition and targets of logistics parks, imperfect management systems and so on. To solve the above problems, this article puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on the development of logistic sparks from the government level and the logistics park level.
