摘要
德国物流得益于增值服务快速发展,2010年和2011年连续两年被世界银行评为全球物流第一。笔者亲临德国多个地方,深入多家物流企业实地现场学习考察,深有体会,大有收获。现从德国物流增值服务的产生、发展和现状,尤其是物流增值服务的内容和种类等进行报告。
German logistics benefits from value-added services and develops rapidly, and is commented the best logistics in the world by the World Bank in 2010 and 2011 . The author goes to some logistics enterprises in Germany to inspect and study, and gets a lot of experience. In the paper, the author introduces the production, development and current situation of the value-added services of German logistics, especially the contents and varieties of the logistics value-added services.
