摘要
基于富马酸酮替芬对碱性条件下高锰酸钾-鲁米诺化学发光体系的增敏作用,结合流动注射技术,建立了测定富马酸酮替芬的化学发光法。在优化的试验条件下,增敏化学发光强度的比值与富马酸酮替芬的浓度在1.8×10^-8-2.0×10^-6 mol·L^-1范围内呈线性关系,方法的检出限(3s/k)为5.6×10^-9 mol·L^-1。加标回收率在98.6%-102%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差在1.1%-1.4%之间。方法用于分析市售富马酸酮替芬片剂,测定值与标示值相符。
A mehod of flow-injection chemiluminescence was developed for the determination of ketotifen fumarate,based on the fact that ketotifen fumarate could enhance the chemiluminescence intensity of the luminolKMnO4 system obviously.Under the optimum conditions,the ratio of chemiluminescence intensity(I/I0)was correlated linearly with the concentration of ketotifen fumarate in the range of 1.8×10^-8-2.0×10^-6 mol·L^-1 and the detection limit(3s/k)was 5.6×10^-9 mol·L^-1.The recovery rates measured by standard addition method were in the range of 98.6%-102%,and RSD were in the range of 1.1%-1.4%.The method was used to analyzing commercially available ketotifen fumarate tablets,giving results in agreement with the indicated value.
