摘要
提出了一种S2-的流动注射化学发光测定法.该法基于S2-与酸性的吐温80-罗丹明6G混合溶液相遇产生强烈的光信号原理,其化学发光强度与S2-的质量浓度为0.02~3.20 mg/L(r=0.999 7)时呈良好的线性关系,方法的检出限为0.010 mg/L.该法可用于水样中硫化物的测定.
A flow injection chemiluminescence method was proposed for quantitation of S2-in water.The chemiluminescence(CL) emission was generated by mixing S2-,Tween80 and rhodamine 6G in acidic medium.The S2-content could be determined on the CL intensity.The quantitation range is from 0.02 to 3.20 mg/L with a detection limit of 0.010 mg/L for S2-.The method was applied to the quantitation of sulphide in water.
