NRG-1参与髓鞘再生及修复的研究进展 被引量：6

摘要 神经调节蛋白-1（neuregulin-1,NRG-1）是一类含有表皮生长因子样结构域的营养因子,其主要存在于神经组织,尤其是在神经元中含量丰富,集中在神经元的轴突、突触前膜和生长锥,胞体中含量较少。NRG-1也存在于神经胶质细胞,与突触可塑性、神经生长和再生密切相关。近年的研究表明,NRG-1对神经损伤后髓鞘的再生及修复发挥着重要的作用。本文主要对近年来NRG-1参与髓鞘再生及修复的研究进展作一综述。
