摘要
明代中后期黄河的改道与水患影响到国家经济命脉的大运河,在多次治河和防患效果不佳的情况之下,朝廷之上屡兴海运之议,寻求漕运之外更为节省成本的方案,而过程并非一帆风顺,其中伴随着各方势力的政治角逐与博弈,因此海运之行举步维艰。终于在多番机遇的共同作用下,王宗沐实行了短暂直接海运,但最终也不免昙花一现,归于沉寂。
In the late Ming Dynasty, the Yellow River threatened the national economic development and the security of the country. Although some measures has been taken to deal with the problem, but the effect is poor. The central government intended to appeal to the ocean transportation and the process is not easy to finish. Through some political competition, Wang Zongmu implemented a direct shipping plan, but eventually it failed.
