摘要
明清时期的商洛,由于全国性的政策和地方政府官员的盘剥,农民起义、三藩之乱和地方武装骚扰所带来的战乱频仍,加之自然灾害频繁,导致商洛在长达五百多年的时间里,长期出现民不聊生、颠沛流离、土地荒芜,民丁不断减少,劳动力缺乏,赋役锐减,致使商洛的农业经济迟滞不前,严重影响了商洛经济的发展。这种由于政策和吏治腐败所导致的社会矛盾,并由此而引发的战乱,给人民的生命财产和社会经济造成的严重后果,应该引起人们的思考。
During the period of Ming and Qing Dynasty, because of the nationwide policy and the exploitation from local government official, the frequency of chaos caused by peasants revolt, the Three-Fan rebellion and local arms harass as well as the frequently natural calamities, Shangluo was faced with Great difficulty as long as more than 500 years： citizen couldn＇t not do their business and led a vagrant life merely; lands were full of plants and weeds; population decreased constantly; labor force was in short; taxes and corvee sharply declined. Thus agriculture in Shangluo barely developed and so did its economy. This phenomenon is worth of pondering, for us today.
