摘要 以津春4号(耐热)与中农12号(热敏感)黄瓜幼苗为试材,研究了其在不同程度高温胁迫下的生长指标变化。结果表明:35℃/20℃(d/n)高温处理下植株有一定程度的徒长现象,而茎粗、冠鲜重与冠干重、根鲜重与根干重增加均受到抑制;42℃/27℃(d/n)处理下各项生长指标均受到明显抑制。品种间相比,耐热品种津春4号在同等条件下受到的抑制程度小于热敏感品种中农12号。 The effects of different high temperature stress on growth mclex m cucumoer seedlings (Cucumis sauvus L. )were studied. The results indicated that some expansive growth phenomena occurred in two type plant at 35℃/ 20℃ (d/n) stress temperature, while the increases of stem diameter , fresh weight, dry weight of top and root are inhibited. At the same time,the inhibiting degrees are more obvious at 42℃/27℃ (d/n) stress temperature. What's more, the inhibiting intensity is not the same in two cucumbers, and that in Jinchun No. 4 is less than Zhongnong No. 12 at the same conditions.
