摘要
目的 探讨缬沙坦对慢性充血性心力衰竭患者心率变异性的影响。方法 选取本院2011年1月-2014年1月收治的慢性心力衰竭患者200例,按数字表法随机分为两组,每组100例,所有患者均给予常规治疗,观察组在此基础上采用缬沙坦治疗,观察两组治疗前、治疗后6个月心率变异性。结果 对照组显效58例、有效25例、无效17例,总有效率为83.0%,观察组显效70例、有效24例、无效6例,总有效率为94.0%,观察组总有效率明显高于对照组（χ2=6.26,P〈0.05）;两组患者治疗前HRV相关指标比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;两组患者治疗后s DNN、s DANN、r MSSD、p NN50等指标与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组患者治疗后s DNN、s DANN、r MSSD、p NN50等指标与对照组治疗后比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 缬沙坦治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的临床效果较好,能有效改善心率变异性。
Objective To investigate the influence of valsartan on heart rate variability of patients with chronic congestive heart failure. Methods 200 patients with chronic congestive heart failure treated in our hospital from January 2011 to January 2014 were selected and divided into two groups according to the number table method,with 100 patients in each group.All patients were given conventional treatment,on the basis of which observation group was given valsartan treatment.The heart rate variability between two groups before treatment and 6 months after treatment was observed respectively. Results In control group,58 patients were remarkably effective,25 patients were effective and 17 patients were ineffective,with the total effective rate of 83.0%.In observation group,70 patients were remarkably effective, 24 patients were effective and 6 patients were ineffective,with the total effective rate of 94.0%.The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of control group（χ^2=6.26,P〈0.05）.The two groups had no statistically significant differences in HRV related indicators before treatment（P〉0.05）.Indicators including s DNN,s DANN,r MSSD and p NN50 between two groups after treatment had statistically significant differences to that before treatment respectively（P〈0.05）.After treatment,indicators including s DNN, s DANN, r MSSD and p NN50 of observation group had statistically significant differences to that of control group respectively（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Valsatan shows good clinical effect in the treatment of chronic congestive heart failure and can effectively improve heart rate variability.
