摘要 心房重构是心房颤动 (Af)发生和自我持续的核心环节 ,包括电重构、收缩功能重构和结构重构三种形式。以Af作为靶点可能是将来Af治疗的根本性策略。本文综述了该领域研究的最新进展。 It is well known that atrial remodeling,which includes electrical remodeling,contractile remodeling and structural remodeling,are the central contributors to the development and self-perpetuating of atrial fibrillation.Considering atrial remodeling as a therapeutic target may be the fundamental strategies against atrial fibrillation in the future.Some recent advancements of this area is reviewed in this article.
