摘要
用紫外分光光度法测定氟哌酸胶囊的含量,方法简便、快速、准确。对四个广家七个批号的氟哌酸胶囊进行了体外溶出度测定,经用威布尔函数提取参数T50、T80、m,并进行方差分析、t检验。提示氟哌酸胶囊的溶出度与处方、工艺及辅料等有关,在生产中应该进行合理选择。
The quantitative determination of Norfloxacln capsules by ultraviolet spectrophotometry was studied.The method is simple,rapid and accurate.By which the in-vitro dissolution of seven batch products from four pharmaceutical factories were carried out.The parameter of T50, T80 and m were calculated by Weibul distribution function. The analysis of variance and test t showed that the dissolution of Norflox acin capsules was closely related to the composition,procedure and vehicles which can be referred to during manufacture of the product.
