摘要
本文采用紫外分光光度法对国内六厂家＋批号的甲硝唑片进行了体外溶出度测定。实验数据经计算器检Ｗｅｉｂｏｌｌ分布数学模型处理后，提取溶出参数Ｔ５０、Ｔｄ、ｍ进行方差分析，各药厂产品间存在显著性差异。（Ｐ＜０．０１）。
The dissolution rated from ten batches of metronidazole tablets producted by six pharmaceutical factries was studied with rotation basket and UV spectrophotometry it was found that the T50 Td and m of those samples had obviousdifference (P<O. 01).
