摘要
采用荧光分光光度法测定洛美沙星胶囊的含量。激发／发射波长为２８７／４５５ｎｍ，平均回收率为９８．０％，ＲＳＤ为０．９８％。在０．１～１．０μｇ／ｍｌ范围内，其荧光强度与浓度线性关系良好。
Lomefloxacin is a new antimicrobial agent of quinolones. The content of lomefloxacin hydrochloride in capsule was determined by spectrofluorometry. The excitation and emission wavelength were 287 and 455nm respectively. The average recovery was 98.0%, RSD 0. 98%. The relationship of fluorescence and concentration was linear in 0. 1～1. 0μg/ml for lomefloxacin hydrochloride.
