摘要
目的探讨NT-Pro BNP和D-二聚体联合检测在慢性心力衰竭患者中的诊断价值。方法选取2012年10月到2014年9月天津市静海县静海镇医院收取的CHF患者共79例为CHF组,并选取同一时期健康体检者79例作为对照组。依据美国纽约心脏病协会(New York Heart Association,简称NYHA)方案对CHF患者进行心功能分级,对比不同患者的NT-Pro BNP和DD水平。结果 CHF组患者的NT-Pro BNP水平、D-D水平均显著地高于对照组(P<0.01)。Ⅳ级CHF患者的NT-Pro BNP和D-D水平均显著地高于Ⅲ级、Ⅱ级和Ⅰ级患者(P<0.01)。NTBNP水平、D-D水平与NYHA分级呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论联合检测NT-Pro BNP、D-D水平可准确地反映心功能,可作为CHF患者早期诊断、鉴别诊断、指导治疗及预后判断的重要指标。
Objective To investigate value of NT - Pro BNP and D - D in CHF patients. Methods 79 CHF patients were selected as CHF group and 79 healthy people were selected as control group. NT - Pro BNP and D - D of different groups were compared. Results NT - Pro BNP and D - D of CHF group were higher than control group （P 〈0. 01 ）. NT - Pro BNP and D - D of IVCHF was higher than 111, 1] and I patients （P 〈 0. 01 ）. The NT - BNP, D - D and NYHA were positively correlated （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The combined diagnosis of NT - Pro BNP and D - D can accurately reflect the heart function, and can be used as an important index for the diagnosis of CHF.
