情景模拟教学在武汉市某医院低年资护士培训中的应用效果研究 被引量:17

摘要 目的:探讨情景模拟教学方法在低年资护士培训中的应用效果。方法:选取低年资护士120名,随机分为对照组和观察组各60名,对照组护士采用传统培训方法,观察组护士采用情景模拟教学模式;比较两组一年内的各项培训效果,包括理论与技术操作成绩,同时,比较培训前后评判性思维能力得分。结果:两组比较,在理论考试成绩、技能操作和沟通能力方面差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组均高于对照组;同时观察组护理人员与对照组相比,理论与技能考试和评判性思维得分更高,二者差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:模拟情景教学使得低年资护士的学习积极性得到了充分的调动;有助于提高理论知识、护理操作技能,同时提高护士评判性思维,最终促进临床实践能力提升。在低年资护士培训中应用情景模拟教学是可行且有效的。 Objective: To investigate the effect of application of scenario simulated teaching in junior nurses training. Methods :120 junior nurses were selected and divided into control group and observation group. Each group had 60 people. Scenario simulated teaching was applied to observation group and Traditional training methods to control group. Traing effect including theory and operational ability and communicative competence are compared between observation group and control group. To measure and compare nurses'critical thinking with CTDI - CV before and after traing. Results: Scores of theory , operational ability , communicative competence and critical thinking obtained by observation group were higher than control group. The differences between two groups had statistic significance (P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion: Compared with traditional teaching mode of nurses traing in which nurse receive knowledge in a passive situation. Scenario simulated teaching fully mobilize the learning enthusiasm of nurses and helps to promote understanding and application of knowledge. It is essential that Scenario simulated teaching could enhance nurses'critical thinking ability and clinic practices.
