摘要
本文报道真菌CC8810产生的孢内孢外多糖的分离纯化工艺,并对分离的三个组份做了一些理化性质测定。用0.5mol/L硫酸110℃水解6小时,纸层分析表明,组份Ⅰ含D-葡萄糖、D-木糖、L-阿拉伯糖、D-半乳糖、不含蛋白质和核苷酸。组份Ⅱ、组份Ⅲ含D-葡萄糖、D-木糖、L-阿拉伯糖、D-半乳糖和L-岩藻糖,不含核苷酸。对组份Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ做了红外光谱分析。
The extraction and isolation method of activity constituent from
CC-8810 polysaccharides was investigated.The technological process of isolation purification was designed and established. The studies of physico-chemical properties have been carri ed out for the three minor components obtained from further experiments of CC-8810 polysaccharides by hydrolysis in 0.5mol/L H2SO4 Solution, at 110℃. for 6hr.
The experiment results clearly demonstrate that the component sugar of CC8810-P-I are composed of D-glucose, D-rylose, L-arabinose, D-galactose, without protein and nucleic acidj CC8810-P-Ⅱ, Ⅲ was composed of D-glucose, D-xylose L-arabinose, D-galactose and L-fucus, iacluding nucleic acid. The analysis of IR spectrum of component Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ have characteristic absorption peak of polysaccharide.
