香菇多糖脱蛋白质方法的研究 被引量:2

摘要 在弱碱性溶液环境下,将热水浸提过的香菇提取液用CAS脱蛋白质,再结合“酶解-透析”和活性炭处理,最后用有机混合试剂回收、冷冻干燥,得到香菇多糖。经检测,产品中的蛋白质和葡萄糖醛酸基本除尽,多糖回收率为0.67%,产品颜色为白色片状。结果证明,该方法能够有效地去除香菇多糖中的蛋白质、果胶、核酸等杂质。 In a condition of alkalescent solution, polysaccharide solution which has been extracted with heating water leaching from lentinus ododes was treated with CAS," enzyme-decomposing & dialysis" and active carbon to remove protein, then flocculated with organic mixed solvent to reclaim polysaccharide and frozen-dry to remove moisture. After been determined, protein and glucuronic acid have been removed cleanly, recovery of polysaccharide was 0.67%, color of sample was white. The results demonstrated that this method can efficiently remove protein, pectin, nucleic acid and so on.
