摘要
目的优选南蛇簕胶囊提取工艺。方法采用L9(34)正交试验法,以青蒿素提取量为指标,对乙醇浓度、料液比、提取次数、提取时间进行优选。结果最佳提取工艺为药材加95%乙醇提取3次,料液比2:40,提取时间120 min。结论优选的工艺合理,重复性好,样品质量稳定。
Objective To study the optimum extraction process of artemisine in Nanshele capsules. Methods Ethanol concentration, solid-liquid ratio, extraction times, extraction time were optimized by L9（34） orthogonal test. Results The optimal extraction process was as follows： 20 times of 95% Alcohol addition of the capsules, extracting 2 times, each time for 2 h. Conclusion The optimized process is reasonable with good repeatability and stable quality in samples.
