摘要
目的优选胃康颗粒提取工艺。方法以橙皮苷含量和总提取物量为指标,选取加水量、提取时间、提取次数等为考察因素,采用正交试验法优选胃康颗粒提取工艺。结果胃康颗粒的最佳提取工艺为第1次加1 0倍量水先浸泡2h,再煎煮2h,第二、三次各加入8倍量的水,各煎煮1.5h为宜。结论优选的提取工艺合理可行。
Objective To optimize extraction technology of Weikang Granule. Methods Taking the content of puerarin and total extract as indexes, with amount of water, extraction time, extraction times as factors, extraction process of weikang granule was optimized by orthogonal test. Results The optimum extraction technique of weikang granule was as follows： added 10 times the amount of water to soak for 2 hours, then boiled for 2 hours at first time, and added 8 times the amount of water and boiled 1.5 hours at the second and third time, respectively. Conclusion The optimum extraction technique was stab. and feasible.
