摘要
目的研究剪刀股醇提物对脑缺血再灌注小鼠心肌组织中SOD和GHS-PX含量的影响。方法采用改进的Himori法制备小鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤模型,手术后48 h将清醒的、活动正常的小鼠随机分为假手术组(进行手术,但不进行脑缺血再灌注)、对照组(即脑缺血再灌注组)、剪刀股醇提物高剂量组、中剂量组和低剂量组,高、中、低剂量组于缺血前30 min分别灌胃给予剪刀股醇提物10.0,1.0,0.1mg·kg-1体重;假手术组与对照组于缺血前30 min分别灌胃给予等体积溶剂。测定小鼠心肌组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GHS-PX)含量。结果剪刀股醇提物可明显提高脑缺血再灌注小鼠心肌组织中SOD和GHS-PX的含量(P<0.01)。结论剪刀股醇提物可显著提高脑缺血再灌注损伤心肌组织中SOD和GSH-PX活力。
Objective To study the effects of alcohol extract of Ixeris debilis A. Gray on the content of SOD and GSH-PX in hearts of mice after cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury. Methods By improved Himori method, cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury model of mice was produced 48 h after the Surgery, the mice those were in conscious and normal in psychological activities were randomly divided into 5 groups: sham-operated group( to operate but not do cerebral ischemia reperfusion), control group(to operate and do cerebral ischemia reperfusion), alcohol extract of Ixeris Debilis A.Gray groups(10.0, 1.0, 0.1 mg·kg-1). The level of SOD and GSH-PX in hearts of the mice were measured. Results Alcohol extract of Ixeris debilis A.Gray can improve the contents of mice heart SOD and GHS-PX(P〈0.01)after cerebral ischemia reperfusion. Conclusion Alcohol extract of Ixeris debilis A.Gray can improve SOD and GHS-PX activities in heart of mice after cerebral ischemia reperfusion.
