摘要
采用五种实验动物心律失常模型观察了北豆根总碱(Total Alkaloid of Menispermum Dauricum,简写TAMD)注射液的抗心律失常作用。结果表明iv 5mg·kg^(-1)TAMD对氯化钡诱发大鼠心律失常的治疗作用明显优于10mg·kg(-1)奎尼丁;对乌头碱诱发心律失常预防作用优于利多卡因;对抗哇巴因诱发豚鼠的心律失常与利多卡因相似;对氯仿诱发小鼠室颤有保护作用且优于奎尼丁;对大鼠冠脉结扎复灌引起心律失常有保护作用,与利多卡因作用相似。
The effects of Total Alkaloid of Menispermum Dauricum(TAMD)on five experimental models of dysrhythm were studied.The result indicated that therapeutic action of TAMD was obviously better than Quinidine on dysrhythm of Rat induced by BaCl_2;Preventive effect of TAMD on dysrhythm of Rat caused by Aconitine was stronger than Lidocaine;Effect of TAMD was Similar to Lidocaine on dysrhythm of Guinea pig produced by Ouabain;Protective action of TAMD was much greater than Quinidine on ventricular fibrillation triggered by Chloroform in Mice;Protective effect of TAMD was similar to Lidocaine on dysrhythm caused by coronary occlusion and reperfusion in Rat.
