摘要
目的探讨星状神经节阻滞对预防断指再植书后血管危象的，临床效果。方法110例手指离断患者分为观察组65例和对照组45例，两组患者均予断指再植术治疗，观察组患者术后给予连续星状神经节阻滞，比较两组患者术后不同时间患侧桡动脉血流速度、血管危象发生率、再植成活率及不良反应发生率。结果观察组患者术后lh、24h、48h、72h患侧桡动脉血流速度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈O．05）；观察组患者血管危象发生率低于对照组，再植指成活率高于对照组，差畀均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；两组患者不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉O.05）。结论星状神经节阻滞能有效提高惠侧桡动脉血流速度，预防再植术后血管危象的发生，提高再植成活率。无明显副作用．临床应用价值较高。
Objective To explore the efficacy of stellate ganglion block on vascular crisis prevention after finger replantation. Methods 110 cases of patients with finger mutihtion were divided into experiment group （ 65 cases ） and control group （ 45 cases ） according to the patients wether or not use stellate ganglion block. The two groups were treated by replantation of amputated finger, the experiment group were treated by stellate ganglion block after surgical as soon as possible, The different time of radial artery blood flow velocity, the incidence of vascular crisis, the survival rate of replantation, the incidences of adverse effect were compared for the two groups. Results The radial artery blood flow velocity in lh, 24h, 48h, 72h for the experiment group were higher than the control group （ P〈0.05 ） ; The incidence of vascular crisis for the experiment group were lower than the control group （ P〈0.05 ） ; The survival rate of replantation for the experiment group were higher than the control group （ P〈0.05 ） ; There was no significant difference on the incidences of adverse effect for the two groups（P〉0.05 ） . Conclusion The efficacy of stellate ganglion block on vascular crisis prevention after finger replantation is good, it can improve the radial artery blood flow velocity, prevent the incidence of vascular crisis, increase the survival rate of replantation, with no significant side effects. It has high clinical value.
