摘要
研究了纳米SiO2和纳米CaCO3对混凝土7d、28d和78d抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度及混凝土抗冻性能的影响。试验结果表明,纳米SiO2能显著改善混凝土力学性能和抗冻性能,试验中最优掺量为2%;纳米CaCO3能显著改善混凝土劈裂抗拉强度和抗冻性能,但对抗压强度影响不显著,试验中最优掺量为3%。
The concrete compressive strength; splitting strength and frost resistance mixed with SiO2 and CaCO3 nanoparticles were experimentally studied. Results indicated that the added nano-SiO2 improved markedly compressive strength, splitting strength and frost resistance, and the added nano-CaCO3 had obvious impacts on splitting strength and frost resistance as well as little effect on compressive strength. The optimal replacement levels of cement by SiO2 and Ca- CO3 nanoparticles for producing concrete were 2.0% and 3.0% respectively.
