摘要
分析了水泥硬化浆体结构中的纳米级层次 ,确认水化硅酸钙凝胶为初级的纳米级材料 ,在水化硅酸钙凝胶之间较少有化学键合 ,较少有通过第三者化学键合而形成较好的网络结构。因此文中探讨了应用纳米技术对水泥材料进行改进性的研究 ,以重整其网络结构 ,增加界面键合。新近的研究成果表明 ,掺入1%~3%的纳米SiO2
The nanometer scale gradation in cement hardened paste structure is analyzed and calcium silicate hydrate gel is confirmed as preliminary nanometer scale material.There are fewer chemical bonds between calcium silicate hydrate gels and fewer better network structure formed via the third chemical bond.Therefore the research work is carried out to use nano-technology to improve cement material so as to reset network structure and to increase interface bonding.The recent research results show that the mechanical property of cement hardened paste is obviously increased by adding 1%~3% of nano-SiO2
