摘要
将柴油机改装成天然气发动机后,由于发动机燃料物态及供给形式发生变化,使得发动机各缸进气不均匀性大大增加,从而导致发动机动力性下降。首先通过Solidworks设计了天然气发动机进气管三维模型,并利用Fire软件针对各个进气歧管中的空气质量流量进行了仿真计算,结果表明:各缸不均匀度最大为11.8%。因此,针对该进气管形状进行了改进设计,以降低不同进气歧管中空气质量流量的不均匀度,并最终满足设计要求。
The compressed natural gas( CNG) engine can be developed based on diesel engine.However,the inhomogeneity of each cylinder is enhanced due to the variation of fuel property and fuel supply,which lead to the decrease of engine power output. In this paper,the intake pipe of CNG engine is simulated by using Solidworks,and then the intake air mass flow rate of each intake manifold is calculated by using Fire software. The results show that the maximum inhomogeneity is11. 08%. Therefore,in order to improve the inhomogeneity of each intake manifold,the intake pipe of CNG engine is modified to satisfy the design requirements.
