摘要
应用AVL-BOOST软件对LY12V140型天然气发动机建立工作过程计算模型,计算模拟配气定时、点火正时、压缩比、增压比、进气温度等参数对发动机燃烧过程和性能的影响,找出这些参数最佳的取值范围,从而为发动机的参数优化匹配奠定理论基础,减少开发过程中的人力、物力和财力的消耗。
An ope rating process of calculating model is established to simulate the performance of a natural gas engine by using AVL-Boost. The model of an engine is adjusted by the experimental results of load and speed characteristics. The correctness of the model is proved by correlation test. Based on the model, the performance analysis of engine is carried out by changing compression ratio, ignition advance angle, valve timing, supercharged ratio and inlet gas temperature. The optimization rang of these parameters are confirmed by simulation. Hence, it can provide the theory bases for future parameter optimization and obtaining control MAP of ECU system, which will save a great amount of resources in the development of CNG engine.
