摘要
本文将高中生涯规划教育置于高考改革视野下,重新审视其目标、任务与实施思路,提出了高中生涯规划教育既要着眼当下,培养学生以选择能力为核心的人生规划能力;也要放眼未来,培养学生适应将来社会与职业变化需要的核心技能与重要品格。对于高中生涯规划教育的实施,本文建议将生涯规划教育目标融于课程目标之中,基于学校整体课程体系架构对生涯规划课程进行顶层设计,构建以各学科课程实施为主体、以生涯导向课程和学生生涯发展指导制度为两翼的生涯规划教育实施体系。
The current paper from the perspective of college entrance examination reform reconsidered the goal, the task, and the implementation strategy of life planning education in high school. We proposed that the life planning education should not only focus on the present and cultivate students＂ life planning capacity, the core of which is the ability of making choices; but also look into the future and cultivate students＂ skills and qualities that will help them adapt to future challenges of social and career change. Suggestions were also proposed that the goal of life planning education should be integrated into the goal of curriculum, that the higher level design of life planning education should be performed according to school＇s overall curriculum system, and that life planning education curriculum system should be constructed, which should take the implementation of discipline curriculum as main body and life guidance curriculum and student life development instruction as supplementations.
