摘要
目的探讨品质管理圈（品管圈）活动在降低新生儿沐浴风险中的应用效果。方法成立品管圈小组,确定以＂降低新生儿沐浴风险＂为主题,调查产科2013年1~6月1239例和7~12月实施品管圈后的1393例新生儿沐浴中存在的风险,分析原因、设定目标、制定对策并进行效果评价。结果经品管圈活动的良性干预,新生儿沐浴风险由实施前的2.66%降至1.22%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论开展品管圈活动对降低新生儿沐浴风险效果显著,有效提高了产科护理服务满意度,调动了护士的积极性,提高了解决临床护理问题的能力。
Objective To discuss the effects of quality control circle process（QCC process）in reducing the risks involved with bathing newborns.Methods QCC group with the goal of reducing the risks associated with newborn bathing was set up.The risks were investigated in 1,239 newborn.The causes and effects were analyzed.Results Via the QCC Benign intervention,the risks of newborn bathing were reduced from 2.66%to 1.22%,with statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The QCC process obviously reduces the newborn＇s risk during bathing,effectively improves the satisfaction rating of obstetric nursing services,mobilizes the enthusiasm of nursing staff,and enhances their ability to solve clinical nursing problems.
