摘要
全科医学是一门面向社区的"基层医学",其学科精华,不在于疑难危重疾病的生物学诊治,而是贴近社区居民的健康照顾。全科专业学位研究生的培养目标、专业基础课及专业课设置与教材、临床与社区培训、导师队伍建设和亚专科分类等方面有其特殊性,在制定与完善培养方案的时候必须予以充分考虑,文中就这些问题进行一些探讨。
General practice is a community-oriented ＂grassroots medicine＂. The essence of this subject is not biological diag- nosis and treatment of refractory and critical illness, but is close health care for the community residents. For postgraduates majoring in the professional degree of general practice, the training goal, specialized fundamental and professional courses and textbooks, their training in clinic and community and the construction of tutorial staff and sub-specialties, all have particularity that should be fully con- sidered in making and improving the plans of training. All the issues above have been discussed in this paper.
