体液生物标志物与多发性硬化的诊断

摘要 多发性硬化(multiple sclerosis,MS)是一种中枢神经系统(central nervous system,CNS)自身免疫性脱髓鞘疾病.全球约有250万人罹患MS[1],我国内地估计有5万~10万MS患者.MS是当前年轻人群致残的主要原因之一,早期诊断和及时、适当的干预对改善MS患者预后,减少致残率很有必要.但目前MS的诊断仍依赖于临床表现和影像学检查,因此,寻找与MS病理生理过程相关的生物标志物(biomarkers),对MS的早期诊断具有重要意义.
