摘要
目的研究临床护理路径管理对妇科腹腔镜手术患者的临床应用效果。方法选择妇科120例行腹腔镜手术的患者按照随机数表法随机均分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用常规的护理干预措施和护理模式对患者实施护理,观察组在常规护理干预的基础上采用临床护理路径管理的护理模式对患者实施护理干预。术后调查分析术前等待时间、住院时间、下床活动时间、肛门排气时间及开始进食时间,并评定分析患者的健康教育知识掌握情况、术后满意度及并发症状况。结果观察组患者的术前等待时间及住院时间均显著短于对照组,住院费用显著少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组下床活动时间、肛门排气时间及开始进食时间均显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者健康教育知识掌握情况的优良率显著高于对照组,且患者术后满意率也显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径管理在妇科腹腔镜手术患者中的临床应用效果良好,值得推广应用。
Objective To study the clinical application effectiveness of clinical nursing path- way management in laparoscopic surgery patients. Methods A total of 120 patients with laparo- scopic surgery were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method. The control group was used conventional nursing interventions while the ob- servation group received clinical nursing pathway management model based on routine care interven- tions on. After surgery, the preoperative waiting time, length of hospital stay, time to ambulation, anal exhaust time and feeding time were assessed, postoperative complications, satisfaction and mas- tery of health education of the two groups were anlyzed. Results The waiting time before surgery and hospital stay time in the observation group were significantly shorter than that in the control group, hospitalization costs in the observation group was significantly less than the control group, which showed a statistically significant difference（P 〈 0.05）. Ambulation time, anal exhaust time and feeding time were significantly shorter than that in the control group, the difference was statis- tically significant （ P 〈 0.05）. The excellent rate of health education knowledge mastery of patients in the observation group was significantly higher, there was statistically significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The clinical application of clinical nursing pathway management is effective in gynecological patients with laparoscopy, so it is worthy of widely application.
